If the remaining warranty period is less than 6 months, you will automatically receive a 6-month warranty period for the replacement device.
For the repair or replacement service, the products/parts can be used as new or refurbished condition with the same or higher performance than defective products.

If the product is no longer on the market, STRONG Energy can replace it with another product of similar function and performance.

The statutory warranty obligations of the purchaser, which may not be lawfully excluded or limited, are not affected by this STRONG Energy guarantee. Furthermore, national statutory rights remain unaffected by the provisions of this STRONG Energy Guarantee.
